How do I download the app?
Dinkya is available on the iOS App Store. Simply search for 'Dinkya' or click the download button on our homepage. Android version is coming soon!
Is Dinkya free to use?
Yes! Dinkya is free to download and use. You can browse tournaments, create your profile, and connect with other players at no cost.
Do I need to be an experienced player?
Not at all! Dinkya welcomes players of all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned pros. Our skill-matching feature helps you find tournaments appropriate for your level.
Using the App
How does skill-based matching work?
When you create your profile, you'll set your skill level. Our algorithm then shows you tournaments that match your abilities, ensuring fair and fun competition.
Can I search for tournaments in other cities?
Yes! While we show local tournaments by default, you can search for tournaments in any location. Perfect for when you're traveling or planning a pickleball vacation.
How do I register for a tournament?
Simply tap on any tournament that interests you, review the details, and tap 'Register.' You'll be connected with the tournament organizer to complete your registration.
Can I invite friends to tournaments?
Absolutely! You can share tournament details with friends directly from the app, making it easy to coordinate group participation.

You'll find everything from casual social games to competitive tournaments, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles formats across all skill levels.
How are tournaments organized?
Tournaments are organized by local clubs, recreation centers, and independent organizers. Each tournament has its own rules, format, and registration process.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellation policies vary by tournament organizer. Check the specific tournament details for their cancellation and refund policy.
Can I organize my own tournament?

Account & Technical
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. We'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your profile tab in the app, tap 'Edit Profile,' and update any information you'd like to change, including skill level, location, and contact details.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app first. If problems persist, contact us at support@dinkya.com with details about the issue and your device type.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings menu in the app, or contact us at support@dinkya.com and we'll help you remove your account.
